The Need is Great

First and foremost, ACRE is about training preachers. The goal is to hold a class 4 - 6 times per year. Each class costs between $5,000 - $7,000. We fly over, provide materials, meals, and accommodations for all students and our teachers free of charge.

Scott and Jana have taken this work on full-time. A secular job would not allow Scott to travel 80 - 100 days out of the year to teach in Kenya and preach and speak around the U.S. so he and Jana are dependent on ACRE for basic living expenses.

ACRE rents a property in Kenya in which to hold classes. This necessitates paying for utilities, rent, and security as well as technology, repairs, and supplies as needed. Sometimes there are government fees and other needs as well.

Benard runs an orphanage/school and sometimes the children requie emergency care with which ACRE assists. Sometimes an ACRE student becomes sick or injured and must have help. We also provide some students with Bibles.
